Staff super helpful and happy to help, they fixed the aircon for me in my room straight away when I arrived and found it wasn’t working properly. Paid for breakfast on my final day for convenience and it was worth it before a day of travelling, mini hot fry up (sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, toast), fruit, yoghurts, coffee, cereal, cold meats, lots to choose. 24h reception was very helpful I could leave my room key and come back whenever to somebody on reception, mini supermarket not too far away, mini fridge in the shared hotel corridor had little waters in it, (you can’t put your own food/water in it and fairly often it was empty of bottles so I was buying cold water from supermarket), cleaning service really good, lots of clothes hanging space, safe in the room, quiet in terms of seeing other people staying here I never passed anyone in the elevator it was always there for me to call up, overall very happy thank you!

I recently stayed at Hotel Condado in Barcelona and had an outstanding experience. The hotel’s location is ideal, offering easy access to key attractions and local dining options. This hotel exceeds my expectation. First of all, we request early check in, and we can get to our room at 10:00 am without extra charge when we came there after overnight flight! It was very helpful! Our room was cleaned every day with changing linens and towels. The rooms has a good size. There were a small fridge on the floor with cold water bottles. They have free tea and expresso machine coffee in the lobby. Concierge was very helpful to address any questions including ordering taxi and printing boarding ticket. I would highly recommend this place.

I was hesitating to book cause I thought it was far away from the central. Turns out it's not! The hotel is located in a great, fancy area called Diagonal with just 2-3 min. walking to the bus station where you can go anywhere you want in the city very fast. Or just walk, if you're a tourist. It takes 15 to 20 min. to go to Sagrada Familia for example. The facilities in the hotel are very good. Rooms are big and comfortable. Also, huge balcony in the room, we could've loved it if we had stayed in the summer. A good and safe choice for the price range!

The location of the hotel is great and it can be access via many buses. There is a super market and several restaurant right outside of the hotel, so it is really convenient. The bed is really spacious and comfortable. The bedding are actually nice. They do house keeping everyday, which keep the room clean and fresh. The room is not big but the layout make so much sense, so you don't feel the room is small. Overall I feel really safe and comfortable staying in the hotel.
